Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Personalised orders — including engraved or hot-stamped initials — are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

We ship with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Netherlands — 1–2 business days Europe — 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@hourlyatelier.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
